What can I expect from The Mandrake’s Halloween Celebration – Samhain?

Prepare for a dark and secretive night filled with intrigue. Guests can expect performance arts, live DJ sets, and mysterious surprises hidden in every corner. The venue will be transformed into a realm where shadows whisper secrets and the extraordinary comes alive.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes, tickets are required for entry. You can purchase tickets HERE.


Can I refund my tickets?

  • General Admission: Non-refundable.

  • Admission & Dinner / Admission & VIP Table Packages: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is ‘Into the Woods – Child of the Forest’.

Are there any age restrictions for the event?

Yes. The Mandrake’s Halloween Celebration is an 18+ event. All attendees must present valid government-issued ID upon entry.


Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?

The event will be held in both indoor and outdoor spaces of the hotel.


What tickets and packages are available for the evening?

We offer a range of options, including Entry Tickets, Exclusive Performance & Canapés, VIP Tables, and Stay Packages.

Can I pre-order VIP tables?

Yes, you can purchase VIP tables via ticketing. Tables are subject to availability, with a minimum spend and service charge included. Tables must be pre-paid at the time of booking.


What is the minimum spend for VIP tables, and how does it work?

The minimum spend ranges from £1,500 to £3,000, depending on table size and location.
This includes a 15% service charge and is credited towards your drinks and services during the event.

  • Example: A £1,500 table allows you to spend that amount on drinks throughout the night.

  • Any additional spend beyond the minimum will be charged separately.

  • Entry for the allocated capacity of your VIP Table is automatically included and not expensed as part of your minimum spend.


Can I stay for the night at The Mandrake?

Yes. Room reservations are subject to availability and may be limited.

Will food and beverage be available for purchase?

  • Bars will be open for drinks throughout the night.

  • Food will only be available via the Exclusive Performance & Canapés package, which must be reserved and is subject to availability.

  • Last entry for dinner is strictly 20:00, due to art performances during the experience.

  • After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email, which must be acknowledged.


What items are prohibited?

  • Outside food or beverages

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas


Will cloakrooms be available?

Yes.


Can I smoke or vape?

Yes, smoking is permitted in The Courtyard and Jurema Terrace.


Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, personal photography and recording are allowed.

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

  • If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member at the entrance.

  • Professional equipment (DSLRs, tripods, etc.) requires prior authorisation.

  • Please respect others’ privacy and obtain consent when photographing them.


What if I have accessibility needs or require special accommodations?
