Created by Executive Chef George Scott-Toft, each dish harmonises with the Seven Chakras, guiding you towards self-discovery. Grounded in the philosophy of self-love and enlightenment, this experience enhances your understanding of the Seven Chakras and leads you through a unique culinary journey meticulously crafted by Executive Chef George Scott-Toft. Inspired by the Chakras, each dish embodies this ethos, featuring ingredients resonating with the body's energy centres. From the grounding root chakra to the ethereal crown chakra, every bite is crafted with intention and purpose.

Understanding the Seven Chakras


Chakras are energy centres within the human body, originating from ancient Indian spiritual traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism. The term "Chakra," originating from Sanskrit, translates to "wheel" or "disk." These centres are believed to be interconnected along the spine, correlating with various aspects of human existence. They are understood to facilitate the flow of life force or "prana," promoting well-being when balanced. However, blockages can lead to disturbances.


Each chakra corresponds to specific organs, emotions, and spiritual qualities, with associated colours and symbols. Practices such as yoga and meditation aim to balance and heal these centres, fostering physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. While scientific validation is not there yet, many value chakra teachings for holistic health and self-awareness.

Root Chakra (Red)


  • Dish: Smoked Beetroot, Feta & Salted Almonds

  • Tea: 8 YRS Vintage Ripe PU'ER / British-Grown Jersey Black Tea


Indulge in the rich, balanced flavours of our 8 YRS Vintage Ripe Pu'er, authentically aged for a soothing texture and delicately sweet peach finish. This tea, with roots tracing back to ancient Chinese literature, holds a timeless heritage, historically traded between Chinese and Tibetan monks for its precious qualities. Our exclusive seventeen-year vintage Arbor Charm PU’Er, blended with leaves from Northern Yunnan, offers a unique and prized experience. Expertly crafted by our master blenders, this PU’Er tea pairs perfectly with the sweetness of beetroot, the tanginess of feta and the depth of salted almonds.

Inspired by the renowned Peach Bellini, this blend features prized Silver Needle white tea from the Fujian province, infused with Italian peaches, apples, yellow cornflowers, marigolds, pomegranates and Persian roses. With its sweet peachy aroma and subtle pomegranate undertones, Cristallo pairs perfectly with the lightness of brioche, the umami of Jason Iberia and the fiery flavour of mustard aioli.
