Terms and Conditions for the Mandrake Salon Events

Age Restriction: The Mandrake Salon Event is an 18+ gathering. All attendees are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon entry; no exceptions will be made.
 
Ticket Policy: All tickets, including VIP packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry. Tickets can be presented in either digital or printed format.
 
Entry Requirements: All attendees must adhere to the dress code, details of which will be provided separately. The Mandrake reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or disruptive. Security measures, including bag checks, will be in place, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with security personnel for a smooth entry process.
 
Event Schedule: The Mandrake Salon Event will take place on the 14th of January, 2025, from 19:30 to 21:00 (GMT). Please ensure to arrive on time, as latecomers cannot be guaranteed entry.
 
Photography and Filming: By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify a staff member. Photography and filming for personal use are permitted, but professional equipment (e.g., DSLRs, tripods) requires prior authorisation. Please respect the privacy and consent of others when capturing photos or videos.
 
Refunds and Cancellations: All tickets for Mandrake Salon events are non-refundable and considered final sale. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be issued according to the organiser’s policy.
 
Entry and Attendance: Latecomers may not be guaranteed entry to the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees from the event for inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with event rules.
 
Event Rules: Attendees must adhere to event rules, including obtaining consent before physical contact, following dress code guidelines, and maintaining respectful behaviour towards others.
Use of implements and participation in practical exercises should only occur under the guidance of event staff.
 
Liability: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft that may occur during the event.
 
Changes to Event Details: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to date, time, venue and programme content. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
 
Etiquette and Inclusivity: The event aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for all attendees, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, or religion. Discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
