The Masha Hari Late Night Event is an 18+ gathering. All attendees are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon entry; no exceptions will be made.
Ticket Policy:
All tickets, including VIP packages and table reservations, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, so please ensure the safekeeping of your tickets.
Entry Requirements:
All attendees must adhere to the dress code, details of which will be provided separately. The Mandrake reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or disruptive. Security measures, including bag checks, will be in place, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with security personnel for a smooth entry process.
Event Schedule:
The Masha Hari Late Night Event will take place on 13th December 2024, from 23:00 to 03:00 (GMT). Last entry is 00:30 (GMT).
Prohibited Items:
Outside food or beverages, illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Behaviour and Etiquette:
All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, staff and the venue with respect. Any disruptive or offensive behaviour may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
Photography and Filming:
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify a staff member at the entrance. Photography and filming for personal use are permitted, but professional equipment (e.g., DSLRs, tripods) requires prior authorisation. Please respect the privacy and consent of others when capturing photos or videos.
Strobe Lights:
Please be aware that strobe lights and other visual effects will be used during the event.
Liability:
Attendees enter the event at their own risk. The Mandrake and event organisers will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss or damage to property.
Force Majeure:
The Mandrake reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds or exchanges may be offered.
Privacy Policy:
The personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
Refund Policy:
All tickets and VIP packages are non-refundable. We kindly ask you to make your selections carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales for these packages are considered final.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event that The Mandrake’s Masha Hari Late Night Event is cancelled by the event organiser due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, attendees will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. The event organiser reserves the right to determine the refund amount, taking into account any incurred expenses.
Event Rescheduling:
If The Mandrake’s Masha Hari Late Night Event is rescheduled to a different date, attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe, as communicated in the rescheduling announcement. Refunds for rescheduled events will be processed in accordance with the refund processing terms mentioned above.
